The Open Hand Institute (OHI) is offering qualified candidates the opportunity to participate in specialized Therapeutic Yoga Lifestyle and Teacher Training programs at the 200 hour and 300 hour levels.
OHI was originally founded in 2015 and teaches a specialized variation of the traditional Hatha Yoga that has been adapted by Dr. Nydia Tijerina Darby. This method is a culmination of over 40 years of combined movement and yoga lifestyle practices that is designed to draw out the therapeutic potential of traditional Hatha yoga asana and other movement forms. Welcome to the Therapeutic Astanga Method.™
